The Board of Trustees and Strategic Partners of ThistlePraxis Consulting and the Foundation for Sustainability and Responsibility in Africa (FSRA) are pleased to announce the 2016 AR-CSR Regional Forum, which is to hold from November 9 to 11, 2016 in Fiesta Royale Hotel, Accra, Ghana.
The AR-CSRTM has become the biggest platform for discussing issues of Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, as well as the enhancement of a public-private synergy for the attainment of a credible business environment in Africa. This edition is particularly significant because it is the maiden edition of the AR-CSR Regional Forum, which is an offshoot of the continent-wide Africa CEO Roundtable & Conference on CSR (AR-CSR). It will be also be holding under the new body of the Foundation for
Sustainability and Responsibility in Africa (FSRA), and it would be the first outside the AR-CSR’s country of origin (Nigeria). This year’s conference will discuss the theme: ‘Building Inclusive and Sustainable Organisations in Africa”. Industry experts and business moguls across Africa will gather to exhaustively discuss and proffer solutions to issues such as Global Leadership, Sustainable Wealth Creation, Climate Finance in West Africa, Value Creation for Enterprise Sustainability, Impact Investing, Trans-border Alliances and Sustainability, and Inclusion in Non-profit and Public/State-owned enterprises.
A 2-day Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Training will precede the regional forum. ThistlePraxis Consulting, one of the five GRI certified training partners in Africa and the only one in Nigeria, will be convening the training.
