Ribadu’s $15m bribe allegation: Ibori claps back

Convicted former governor of Delta State, James Ibori, has hit back at former chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mr. Nuhu Ribadu, describing him as a liar.

Ibori, who is serving term in the United Kingdom  was reacting to recent online publications, where Ribadu reiterated his earlier stance that Ibori bribed him US$15million to stop his investigation.

A statement from Ibori’s media office and signed by Mr. Tony Eluemunor, denounced Ribadu’s claim, saying it was ‘horrible, revolting, nasty and totally false.’ Read more
