Carlos Takam has called for a rematch with Anthony Joshua – and hit out at the referee for stopping their fight.
The referee called time on the bout in the tenth round after Takam, 36, withstood a barrage of blows from Joshua.
But the Frenchman said: “I don’t think [the fight should have been stopped].
“I want the rematch if Anthony gives it.
“He is a great champion.”
Anthony Joshua will fight Deontay Wilder, Joseph Parker… and tyson fury, Eddie Hearn has promised.
“Deontay Wilder against AJ has to happen.
“There’s also a great heavyweight called Tyson Fury who has to come back to the sport.
“Anthony Joshua wants to be in the real fights, I promise you, I promise the fans Anthony Joshua will give you the fights that you want, I promise you that.
“Deontay Wilder, Joseph Parker, Tyson Fury are the 2018 fights.”
