Gandujegate: Alleged Bribery Videos In High Demand, Available With Street Vendors in Kano

The alleged bribery scandal that has threatened to engulf the Kano State government seems to be putting smiles on the faces of street vendors as some of them were seen in the metropolis taking advantage of the demand for the videos by the residents by selling the packaged videos.

A Facebook user, Ibrahim Adam showed off the photos.

This situation is coming after a High Court in Kano State granted a temporary injunction restraining Daily Nigerian Newspaper and Jafaar Jafaar, its publisher, from publishing videos of the governor, Abdullahi Ganduje.

The news platform had published videos showing Ganduje allegedly collecting kickbacks from contractors.

Ganduje had subsequently filed a N3 billion suit against the newspaper.
