Popular Nigerian musician Falz claimed not to have been to church in a while during an interview with Cool FM OAP and ‘Free the Sheeples’ leader Daddy Freeze.

Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz the bad boy confessed during an interview with Cool FM OAP, Freeze who is renowned for scrutinizing ministers and religious leaders for their frivolous personalities. The singer revealed that he prefers a direct communication with God and doesn’t feel it is necessary to go to church or follow any significant doctrine to create a relationship with God.
Falz explained during the explosive interview that he is interested in fellowship with God through solitary conversations. See the video below:

Falz has also reprimanded religious and political leaders in several of his major songs including the controversial ‘This is Nigeria’ and ‘weh done sir’. He has spoken against the nonchalant attitude of religious leaders towards their congregations, it is prevalent in his lyrics to address issues pertaining them, this is a verse from the song ‘weh done sir’ below:
“Your pastor dey go holiday abroad
You still dey pray in the name of God, make you see food chop
Man of God dey chop, him dey robust .
So you have shares looking for more cheese,
But Apostle is on Forbes list”
