Jos Killings: Buhari, Lalong to resign Says Jang

Jonah Jang, Senator representing Plateau North Senatorial District and presidential aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP,  has called on President Muhammdu Buhari and Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State to “resign with immediate effect.” Following the killing of 11 persons which sparked riot in Jos yesterday.

“In addition, it is the determination of Senator Jonah David Jang, that Nigerians no longer feel safe with General Muhammdu Buhari as President due to his display of unfathomable insensitivity and cluelessness in the aspects of security and value for human life”.

Jang  also called on the United Nations to intervene in the country and act on behalf of the “poor, innocent, and abandoned people”.

He also called on youths and people of Plateau State to be law abiding but to also rise up to defend themselves within the perimeters of the law.
