Kogi witches endorse Buhari, threaten to kill anyone who goes against order (Video)

Members of the National Witches Association of Nigeria in Kogi State, have openly endorsed President Muhammadu Buhari as their preferred candidate in the 2019 presidential elections which will hold this Saturday, February 23.

In an emergency meeting and rally they held in Okene, Kogi State, the witches also endorsed the state governor, Yahaya Bello for a second term in office by claiming that his voice is the ‘voice of God’ and that no one should dare to vote against him.

In a video posted on Facebook by Soso Kings, the witches who were in the full regalia while carrying out a procession, allegedly said the only candidate in the presidential election is Buhari and that anyone who does not vote for the incumbent president will be dealt with and such punishment could even mean death on anyone who defies them.

The witches reportedly said that the reason they are endorsing Buhari is because of his strides in fighting Boko Haram and other crimes in the country and that he must be returned to the office to continue with the fight.

“Vote for Buhari or we will come for you with everything we have including death,” they were heard saying.

But it seems the Kogi witches gone against their national body which, a few weeks back, openly endorsed the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar after their national convention held in Benin, Edo State.

It remains to be seen if the Kogi branch will be sanctioned by the Dr. Joe Okhei led national body of Nigerian witches for going against their earlier decision.
