The Purple One’s unreleased music had been stashed away in the vaults of Paisley Park. But now the door has reportedly been literally drilled open on Prince‘s hidden back catalogue.
According to ABC News, a team was sent into Prince’s home by Bremner Trust financial company, who are currently in charge of the artist’s estate due to his lack of a will.
The huge bank-style vault, to which only Prince knew the code, is apparently full of shelves stacked with hour upon hour of unreleased material – with various reports suggesting there is enough in there to release one album a year for the next century.
