Suit made for Thomas Markle to wear at Royal Wedding snapped up for £2,000 and worn to Ascot (Mirror)

It was meant to be worn by Thomas Markle, as he accompanied his daughter down the aisle at Windsor Castle.

But the suit Meghan had made for her father to wear on her big day, never made it off the hanger.

Until now, that is.

The smartly cut ‘semi-bespoke’ three-piece made by Oliver Brown, was recently spotted on PR guru Johnno Spence, who wore the outfit to Ascot, while sitting just yards away from the Duchess of Sussex.

Mr Spence is well-known in the horse racing world and is believed to have purchased the suit for half-price, as well as several other items Meghan had personally commissioned for her father. Read more
