Nigerian movies have transcended from mediocrity into a level of apparent dexterity, the scripts have in-depth meaning, the actors are exceptional with the carriage of their role and the cinematographers understand the rudiments of movie production.

Today, October 26th, The King of Boys will be hitting the cinema and would be one of the most entertaining movies to view before the year runs out.

The King of Boys was directed and produced by Kemi Adetiba who also directed the blockbuster movie Wedding Party in 2016. This movie features coterie of Nollywood actors such Sola Sobowale, Adesua Etomi-Wellington, Jide Kosoko and indigenous rapper Reminisce would be making a cameo in the movie as well.

The movie portrays Sola Sobowale as Alhaja Eniola Salami, a Businesswoman and philanthropist with a tedious background but she has a promising political future. She is a fearsome woman, respected and one of the most influential women in the society.

As her political ambitions see her outgrowing the underworld connections responsible for her considerable accumulation of wealth and prosperity. In the movie, she struggles with power tussle between the underworld and her political career, this is one of that movie that will enlighten you and make you anxious at the edge of your couch.
