Doctors and engineers may be the highest paying jobs in America, but if you’re looking for love, think of becoming a pilot or physical therapist.
Mobile dating app Tinder has compiled a list of the most “right-swiped jobs” since the app began integrating job details into profiles three months ago. Tinder users can choose to swipe left on a profile to indicate they are not interested in a match, or swipe right to show they are.
Of course, for most users the decision to swipe right or left is not based purely on job title. Users can swipe based on a variety of other factors, including photos, age and bio.
Medical-related jobs offer the highest salaries in America, according to 2014 data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, with anesthesiologists clocking in with the highest annual mean wage of $246,320. Doctors are the fourth most right-swiped job among men, but they don’t even make the list for women. Read more
