Two Years After, AIB Fails to Complete Findings on Dana Air Crash

Exactly two years after the fatal Dana flight 0992 crash that claimed the lives of all passengers on board, the Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB), yesterday released an updated interim report on the crash.
This is just as the inquest into the cause of the crash reached its verdict yesterday, after the coroner blamed the incomplete report from AIB while giving its nine-point recommendation urging governments at all levels to establish effective emergency response units.
