SABINEWS caught up with singer Sean Tizzle at the Nigerian Entertainment Conference recently. Shades on and neck adorned with bling, he explained why his album is called The Journey. He also discussed his relationship with hit maker D’Tunes saying, “It’s like I’m working with a brother.”
He went on, “sometimes it is way beyond the business, way beyond the music— it has to be the grace connecting both parties…I think the grace is there.”
Although familiar with the music industry’s spate of broken alliances and legal troubles between former friends, he was optimistic when asked about his business relationship with producer D’Tunes. “There is a contract,” he said. “Even if I’m supposed to leave, or if I want to leave, I’ll leave your platform, no issues…”
From ‘Sho lee’ to brand new single ‘Take It,’ Sean Tizzle and D’Tunes have made many club hits together, and their fans will be hoping the collaboration continues.
